Analyze sales data: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Build relationships with customers: The area sales manager should build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Train and coach the sales team: Train and coach the sales team to improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
